The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has issued an additional 531 results for candidates who participated in the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME). This announcement was made in a statement signed by Fabian Benjamin, the Board’s Public Communication Advisor.
The newly released results are part of the 64,000 results that were initially withheld due to suspected infractions, bringing the total number of released results to 1,842,897. Additionally, the Board has identified new cases of examination misconduct during the screening of the withheld results, totaling 92 cases, up from the initial 81.
However, the Board dismissed reports suggesting that an unidentified candidate who did not take the 2024 UTME managed to obtain scores, labeling such claims as false, malicious, and an intentional effort to undermine the Board’s integrity.
