NFF President: Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, President of the Nigeria Football Federation, has recently been in Europe, where he visited several Super Eagles players recovering from injuries.
During his stay, he engaged in discussions with William Troost Ekong, the team’s captain, emphasizing the significance of the forthcoming FIFA World Cup qualifying matches against South Africa and Benin Republic. However, it was noted that Simon Moses and Zaidu Sanusi, both facing long-term injuries, might not recover in time for these pivotal games.
